                                      Welcome to Winterboro Volunteer Fire and Rescue

The Winterboro Volunteer Fire & Rescue is located in Talladega County in Alabama.We provide Fire & Rescue service to about 2500 people. We have a ISO rating of 6/9 at this time. We have 19 active Firefighters and are always looking for new Firefighters and members.Our department meets on the second tuesday of each month at 7pm.

The new weather siren has been put up at the fire station yesterday. should be online for waring within the next tw weeks. The siren is rated for a mile and 1/2 in all directions this is 1 1/2 miles by air and not road miles....
